What is BIZYSPRAY?
Hand sanitiser, reimagined.
BIZYSPRAY is a pocket-size hand sanitiser spray for busy girls on-the-go. It is formulated with a 70% alcohol base that kills 99.9% of germs, and aloe vera leaf juice that keeps hand soft and hydrated. BIZYSPRAY fits in your pocket, purse and is travel-friendly so you're always covered. She's pretty cute looking, too.
Why hand sanitiser?
80% of common infections are spread by touch – it's so important to keep hands clean! Our founder was frustrated at the lack of pocket-size hand sanitisers available, so she created her own.
Are you an Australian brand?
Yes, BIZYSPRAY is an Australian made, female-founded small business. Our hydrating hand sanitisers are made and bottled right here in Melbourne.
How do you know BIZYSPRAY is effective and kills 99.9% of germs?
BIZYSPRAY was formulated with a 70% alcohol base that kills 99.9% of germs, in line with the Australian Government's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) recommendations. The TGA recommends you look for sanitiser formulated with at least 60% alcohol.
We've also tested BIZYSPRAY's efficacy in a private lab, where it was proven to kill 99.9% of germs. We have the fancy paperwork to prove it!
Why does BIZYSPRAY support the NBCF?
5% of BIZYSPRAY profits are donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF). Please see our Purpose page for more information on why we support this cause.
Payment & Orders
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we have packed and shipped your order. This is a second email, after the initial order confirmation email.
What's the average processing time?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive and process your order – you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.
What's the expected delivery time?
All packages are shipped via Australia Post standard ground shipping, which takes on average 2-8 business days.
BIZYSPRAY products are unable to be express posted as they are ineligible for air freight due to flammable goods limitations by Australia Post. We are working on an alternative!
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email hello@bizyspray.com with your order details as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been shipped, we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer Click & Collect?
No, sorry! We are currently online-only and not able to offer Click & Collect.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
All packages are shipped via Australia Post standard ground shipping that takes on average 2-8 business days. Shipping is $8.00 or free when you spend $50 or more.
BIZYSPRAY products are unable to be express posted as they are ineligible for air freight due to Australia Post's flammable goods limitations. We are working on an alternative!

Where does BIZYSPRAY ship?
We ship Australia-wide!
We do not currently ship internationally.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via standard shipping.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you accidently entered an incorrect shipping address, please email the BIZY Team as soon as possible on: hello@bizyspray.com
If the parcel hasn't been shipped, we'll do our best to correct the address. If the order has already shipped, or if it has been returned to sender, unfortunately an extra shipping fee will be incurred for the order to be re-sent to the correct address.
