Shipping Rates & Times
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia, via Australia Post standard ground shipping that takes on average 2-8 business days.
Shipping is $8.00 or free when you spend $50 or more.
BIZYSPRAY products are unable to be express posted as they are ineligible for air freight due to Australia Post's flammable goods limitations. We are working on an alternative!
*Please note Australia Post sometimes experiences delays. The above timeframe is an estimate only.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and processed. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number as soon as it's shipped.
Track Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped! This is a second email, after the initial order confirmation email.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day returns policy (exchange or refund) for any BIZYSPRAY products that are unopened, unused and in their original condition.
To request a return, please email hello@bizyspray.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of the purchase date. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are no longer able to offer a return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and assume risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit (we advise you track your return parcel)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a promotional discount was used, you will be refunded the discounted amount
- If your item is not returned in the above mentioned condition, we will not be able to process your refund
- Credit Card refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Damaged/Faulty Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us on hello@bizyspray.com if the products are damaged and/or faulty. Please include a photo or video of the products and we will help make it right as soon as possible.
